HuntrClips Privacy Policy

Scope and contact

This notice describes the HuntrClips service at jobheadstart.com. Contact team@huntrclips.com about privacy, access, correction, or deletion.

Information processed

HuntrClips processes your account name and email, a password hash, registration and sign-in timestamps, video links and uploaded media, audio, transcripts and word timings, generated clips, edit settings, captions, project metadata, and publishing drafts. If you connect a social account, it receives the account or channel identifier, display name, authorization tokens, available publishing settings, and posting status returned by that platform. It does not need your social account password.

Purpose and service providers

Information is used to import, analyze, edit, caption, render, save, and publish videos you select; maintain account connections; and diagnose service problems. The hosted service and saved media use Amazon Web Services. When server AI analysis is used, audio and transcript content are sent to OpenAI to provide those features. Authorized social providers receive the media, captions, settings, and account information required for connection or publishing. Other optional external AI integrations require separate configuration and approval before use.

Payments and credits

Stripe processes subscription payments and manages payment methods. HuntrClips sends Stripe your account name, email, and an internal account identifier for billing. HuntrClips stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, membership status, billing-period dates, source-video minute usage, and owner-issued credit grants. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by HuntrClips. The owner can view membership and credit records and grant additional AI credits for account administration.

Social permissions and control

Social connections require your authorization. HuntrClips requests YouTube channel read access and video upload access; Instagram basic account and content-publishing access; and TikTok basic profile and video-publishing access. Only configured and approved integrations are available. Choose the destination and publishing settings before confirming a post. Disconnect an account in Social accounts to remove its saved connection tokens and cancel pending posts for that connection. You can also revoke access through the provider’s account settings. Disconnecting does not remove posts already published on a social platform.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Saved media and project records remain until deleted through the available controls or removed by the workspace operator. Social authorization tokens are encrypted in storage. Disconnecting removes saved tokens; post records can remain. Email team@huntrclips.com to request deletion of connected-account information or associated records that cannot be deleted in the interface. Identify the account or project, but do not send passwords or access tokens. Published copies are controlled by their social platform and must be managed there. The service does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.

Accounts, workspace access, and browser storage

Each account has a separate workspace for its projects and social connections. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords. A session cookie maintains login. The service owner can view the registered-user directory, including names, emails, roles, registration and sign-in times, and project counts, to administer the service. Authorized operational access may be needed for support, security, or deletion requests. The former shared demo workspace is retained for its owner. Browser storage may retain editor preferences, drafts, or locally processed media; saved workspace preferences are separated by account. Hosting and service logs may include technical request and error information.

Use of platform data

HuntrClips does not sell social account data or use it for advertising. Data is used for the requested editing and publishing features. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
